Digital Product Delivery Policy

Nosy Pepper Patterns sells digital machine embroidery design files only. We do not sell or ship physical products.

All purchases are delivered electronically through our digital download system. Download emails linking to your account and access to purchased files are provided after checkout. These are typically instantaneous.

All purchased files remain stored in your account on the website and do not expire. There is a limit of 15 downloads per item to prevent distribution but that can be reset,  if you find that you need more downloads just contact me to have that reset.

No shipping fees apply to any purchase.
