The Topaz tote is an expandable zipper gusset tote that is perfect for when you just need a little extra! With the zipper closed it serves as a shoulder bag, but converts to a tote in a zip! No more having to change bags for a little extra room!
With an optional cross body strap, a recessed zipper top closure, and a lining with both a slip and zippered pocket, this is a bag that can do it all.
The Topaz is designed with an intermediate bag maker in mind. A maker should be comfortable sewing zippers and several layers of materials. This can easily be made on a domestic machine, depending on materials used.
This listing is for a PDF pattern, and not a finished product. This pattern includes all pattern pieces and full color photo illustrations to walk you step by step to create this bag.
